Finally, after two weeks of trials (going from 10 am to 8 pm every day), I am done with my game experiments, researching the player experience. It was a challenge, using a whole lot of personality questionnaires, game experience questionnaires and all kinds of psychophysiological equipment. It was really nice to get some help from Dennis for some of the sessions and with 25 participants, I would say it was also a great opportunity to meet some of the game students in BTH and SOFE. Now, I wish, I could say, I look forward to the data analysis, but anyone ever having done mixed method research knows the pain that data correlations brings with it. I hope I will be able to put a picture of the experiments up soon.
